By using our services, you confirm that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Your Citichoice Account

Many Citichoice services require a single Citichoice Account.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Maintaining the security of your account.
• Updating your account information when it changes.
• All activities carried out using your account.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Use our services for fraudulent purposes.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with the operation or security of our platforms.
• Impersonate another individual or organization.

For educational services provided through Citichoice Institute and future education platforms:

• Course content is provided for educational purposes.
• Certificates are awarded only after meeting the applicable completion requirements.
• Blockchain verification does not guarantee employment or professional licensing.
• Students are responsible for completing coursework honestly.

Academic misconduct may result in suspension, removal from courses, or revocation of certificates where appropriate.

Hosting Services

For hosting and infrastructure services:

• Customers are responsible for the content hosted on their accounts.
• Illegal, abusive, or malicious content is prohibited.
• Excessive resource usage that negatively affects other customers may result in service limitations.
• Scheduled maintenance may occasionally affect service availability.

While we strive for high availability, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

Developer Services

Projects undertaken through Citichoice Developer are subject to mutually agreed project scopes, timelines, and pricing.

Changes requested after project approval may require additional fees and revised delivery timelines.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of completed work transfers after full payment has been received.

Business Services

Citichoice Agent assists with business registration, tax-related filings, trademarks, and related compliance services.

Government agencies retain final authority over approvals, registrations, and processing timelines.

Citichoice cannot guarantee approval of applications submitted to regulatory authorities.

Store Purchases

When purchasing products through Citichoice Store:

• Prices are displayed in applicable currencies.
• Product availability may change without notice.
• Delivery times are estimates.
• Risk of loss transfers upon delivery unless otherwise required by law.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy where applicable.

Payments

You agree to pay all applicable fees for products and services you purchase.

Payments must be made using approved payment methods.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension, cancellation, or delayed delivery of services.

Taxes, duties, and government charges may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the specific service or product purchased.
